FITNESS ISN'T A HOBBY, IT'S A WAY OF LIFE.

Fitness offers us confidence,self-motivation and readiness. It sharpens our minds , elevates our mood and reduces our stress.When well attended to, fitness becomes a helpful tool in facing tough challenges of everyday life. However, when we neglect our fitness, such challenges can diminish us.

HOW TO MAKE FITNESS A PART OF YOUR LIFE.
The key to making fitness a part of your life is to make it become a daily habit. Just like bathing,brushing your hair and teeth, eating breakfast, lunch,dinner etc...you workout! Yes, it is that simple!! Small efforts towards fitness everyday will compound and gradually lead you into fitness. It's a balance there is no need to go extremes.

NEVER LET YOUR LACK OF FITNESS BE A REASON YOU CAN'T DO SOMETHING.
If you have the ability to be fit, be fit. Deciding against an event or an adventure because you are not fit is the worst excuse there is. Find a way, any way to make things you dream of possible.

  1. indeed, fitness is not a hobby its a way of life.it requires self discipline and one must attend to it as often as possible. it deserves the seriousness that one gives to other things one wishes to achieve.it may take time to achieve your goals but with hard work and consistency its achievable

  2. yeah..., indeed that is very true.fitness is very easy, just like the other things u see are easy to do everyday. it is just something you can decide to be doing at your own free time. There is no need to dodge something that will make you regret later.

  3. i completely agree,with dedication and self-drive one can easily make fitness a part of his/her life.And with time one gets to adjust to the regime and routines they've put in place to accomplish their desired goal :)

  5. If you choose a fitness exercise you enjoy, definitely it will become your way of life as it will become a habit a later grow into your character

  6. Especially if one is invited for a party and you have your times in the evening to work out.You then decide not to follow your routine of exercise in order to attend the party.This should not happen since exercise should be your daily routine.
