DON'T
1. Be a slouch.Posture affects your mood as well as your performance,Slumping causes you to check out of your workout both mentally and physically. slouching also keeps you from breathing deeply, which is necessary for delivering the oxygen your muscles need to work at full capacity.the mind might not be a muscle but it can impact your exercises greatly.
2.Skimp on shoes.
putting on too tight training shoes can cause injuries such as Corns and ingrown toenails
ReplyDeletevery true.sports shoes are just not there for one to wear and look sexy like most girls try to do.They indeed go along way to contribute in exercising comfortable and for a period of time you had planned.
ReplyDeleteAlso check out your training outfit. You do not just go and work out in a pair of jeans.You will end up doing nothing because you will be uncomfortable
